I would be grateful if anyone with a legally oriented mind could pass me their comments on the following sections of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological
Areas Act 1979, as well as any other comments on the Act. I am particularly interested as to whether placing sticks in the ground could be considered “works” under the terms of the Act.
