I agree if it's a distributed goldmine then that's fine, I suppose.

Though, I really hope they sort out the infrastructure to support the seasonal influx of folk wanting to tie the knot at Beltaine & on the Solstice etc.

For me, they might as well put up a big concrete girder and whack a hole through it with a kango hammer. Rather that than try to re-create the Stone Of Odin from sketches.
