I dont know about that building - youu're in the middle of nowhere witht the windbeaten monument which has understatement written all over it - and there it is. It's doesn't look that old, and it looks utilitarian but ruined - and it's just nightmarish . We spent as much time clambering about the building.
If I'd been smoking well I wouldn't have held it together - youre a brave one, 4winds. Did you check out the link to Ancient Scotland site and that photo of the big stone with the distant mountain - I want to go back there as I assumed that the stones near the village were not going to be worth visiting.
