Apologies for bunging in questions in Japanese. I'm not trying to impress but trying to ascertain if gorseddphungus is as well versed in things Japanese as he/she makes out to be or whether he/she is just pulling information off the internet and posting it here. The questions I've asked are simple for anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of the language and culture of Japan and can be answered without wordplay (the time it takes for gorseddphungus to reply to my questions is, of course, also important ;-).

Call me an old sceptic, but gorseddphungus posts so far have something of a 'cut and paste' feel to them. Having said that, I do hope he/she is the real thing and I apologise in advance if I am doing him/her an injustice.
