Hi Bridget

Orion would have looked pretty much the same as it does now except it would have risen at a slightly different angle due to the wobble on the earths axis if my memory from school serves me right.
But to be honest other than the belt of orion i cant really see any significant allignments. however with less polution especially light polution thousands of years ago there would have been more stars to see and possibly the belt was the most discernable part of the constellation so......
