I too fall into this catagory now and guess what ... I ain't ashamed of it either (although my father's father was actually a pit pony's truss*). I can see a new opportunity for a t-shirt printing session:
"Middle Class ... and proud of it!"
*actually he was a demolition man, which could explain the terrible urges I had as a kid to blow things up with homemade explosives.
