If you look at it closely in person the rings look almost too perfect, if thats possible, the rings look really smooth, and in all the rings were a browny deposit that looked like some type of chalking in, hard to tell if i am right or not, but it looks to me as if something has been done to "make the rings stand out more", in most rings i have seen, and thats a few now, the inner grooves as in the cut out part is either darker, filled with dirt, moss or something, but in this case the grooves look really clean and looked like some "material" had been used to make them stand out more..
