Clearly, from all that you have said you have some major - and informed - problems with HA in general and certain items we have dealt with.

Naturally, it's hard for us to address and correct them - which we would have absolutely no reason not to do - unless you tell us the specific matters that have upset you, and how you think they are wrong, and how you think they should be put right and the source from which you derive your contrary facts (since we'd obviously need to check them out, as we always try to do).

Mere generalised carping is a little demoralising to a bunch of well-meaning people who've worked incredibly hard to do some good, as I'm sure you'll understand. So a full, detailed itemised list will be a real help as soon as you can manage it.
