I've just notice that they've put a pathetic little fence around Poulnabrone. I suppose they're protecting their 16 million* pound (IRP) purchase! Mad! It's survived being the second most visited site in Ireland for years, but they have to change it. They'll be charging next. All it means is that every Irish calendar will have the same old images of the place on them! Oh hum ...


* I think that was what Duchas paid for the portal tomb and a large tract of The Burren a couple of years ago..
