Real or Fake?? Dunloy Ogham Stone

I was passing through Dunloy village on the way to Craigs Dolmen (sic!) when I stopped to have a look at their tourist info map. Beside the map is a small recess with two carved stones and an 'ogham' stone. It looks like it could be modern, it also has strange dark grey cement like stuff on the carved areas (looks like the same stuff used to glue craigs passage tomb's capstone back together). The sign beside it gave avery brief description of what ogham was but nothing specific about the stone. Anyone know for sure if its the real thing? Google wasnt much help...
