Hello,

I used to live in Folkestone and when visiting the family from Southampton a couple of years back noticed the circle from the motorway (whilst avoiding lorries!).

Whilst living in Folkestone (for the first 18 years if my life) I had never heard of the circle and when I first saw it it what looked like some kind of ditch for drainage running through the middle of it. As a result I've always thought it was modern but have always wondered who put it up - looks like it's at the back of the SOuthern Water building so could have been them?

Cheers
Carlos
