The slope of Silbury is right on, but not more than, the angle at which it would be liable to slippage, according to a professor of slipology. (Interestingly, Silbaby has the same slope precisely, and I do mean precisely).
This one has a slightly shallower slope yet it looks slumped on the left. So I'm wondering if it isn't slumped, but deformed due to spoil from the top being piled there. You can see the same on Silbury, one side arrow straight, one side convex.
