Well it is right in the Drumlin belt, but Drumlins is massive and rounded. I am confident it isn't one of them. You wouldn't find one in a dip like this for a start, nor would it be a perfectly truncated cone.
As I said, there is a ickle red ring on the map at this point, but they usually indicate an earthwork - rath or fort etc - and it ain't one of them either.
