I was going to mail you offline about this one so as not to bore the pants off everyone else.
It does look really interesting. I hadn't heard of it before either and was going to look it up on the map this evening because I'm off over that way this weekend (I think - a Galway blast is equally as likely). If it's close to Killalla though it is probably too far north for where I had planned to go.
Are the standing stones more like cross-pillars or do they feel more 'solid'? I love the well-house. It's so much like a mini tomb-shrine.
