| Seen this? Do the locals want an extended Solstice Gathering at Stonehenge? a survey is being created by Christine, in collaboration with me and anyone else who wants to be involved. The local residents in wiltshire beginning in the immediate area of Stoneheng, will be canvasses as to their true feelings about a gathering continuing for more than one day in the midsummer. English Heritage continue to maintain that local opinion is against an extended gathering and use that conclusion to justify limiting our summer solstice celebration to a few hours. maybe their position is true and maybe not, we intend to find out. If you would like to be involved in this project or know anyone who would be, please contact christine @ [email protected] The more people that can actively canvass, the more accurately we can test the temperature and do our PR for an extended gathering we are planning to launch this survey with a press release to coincide with the sreening of the movie on BBC2, along with a review of the movie :) SAY YES TO PEACE ....
