< If that is definately the site (to the south of the farm on the west side of the road), then check out the aerial pic. It might be nowt, but there could be the trace of a semi-circular shape in the field to the east of Bradup Farm... >
See wot y' mean. Looks intriguing - but aint that marshland? Have y' had a look at that spot?
But have a look at the black dot on the where the site actually was. There is a faint circle surrounding the site, as if some sort of embankment/henge or summat, from the wall-edge to the fence where the moorland starts. Unless that was the original size of the circle!!! (big doubts) The mystery deepens...
