Hi Dave.... I'm still in Norwich, but am moving to Worsbrough on the edge of Barnsley at the end of this month.

I think you are right in saying that the OS map marks the wrong spot for the Bradup circle and infact marks the boulder cluster that was often mistaken for the circle. I wrote to EH and they said that Bradup was descheduled in 1994 'showing no characteristics of a stone circle'. Seems they got the wrong spot too.

Can't say for sure where the blame lies, but judging on his past record, I don't think the landowner has done much to help.
