I have a fix for both the ampersands and the apostrophes on the way.

The ampersand thing is just a law unto itself, though one I have recently wrestled control of.

The quote thing is different. It's because some keymaps automatically use smart quotes, so you get a bendy one ( ' ) rather than a straight one ( ' ). It differs from PC to PC. Note how Baza's apostrophes aren't apostrophes at all, but some kind of weird (`) 'tick' character (at least I tihnk that's what you call it).

Anyway, I have got the future update of TMA to deal with all the above issues except Baza's ticks. Soon forthcoming
