BrigantesNation, I wonder if you can help clear up my confusion! I've heard that there's no evidence to suggest that Thornbrough was still being used in iron age times, so had ceased to have any significance by the time the Romans got here. Therefore they couldn't be oppressing the people of the henges 'cause no-one was using them... Am I wrong? I look forward to your reply!
