Agreed in part, although having a concpet of what the ancients may have considered 'sacred' would help us arrive at an answer to the conundrum of 'sacred landscapes'. My impression from these places (subliminally) is that all the land was held sacred, oxymoron, as it makes 'sacred' defunct. Whether or not an impression gained is worth anything I'm not going to argue! Objective subjects or subjective objects, answer me that!?
