Meini Meibion Arthur or Cerrig Meibion Arthur?

I am trying to identify the name and location of a pair of standing stones. I have been looking for specific directions to what I thought was Cerrig Meibion Arthur near Foel Cwmcerwyn. Now I learn that Meini Meibion Arthur is located below the Preseli Hills near Cwm Garw farm. These stones appear to be similar. Are they the same stones?

I am travelling from the United States and I only have one day in Wales to find these stones. My nightmare is that I will spend the whole time hiking about in the wrong area of the Preseli Hills - virtually down the road from the stones I am seeking.

Can anyone give me specific directions of how to find Cerrig Meibion Arthur? I am grateful in advance for any help in this quest.
