Originally from Ireland, and still very Irish, I now live, work and play in the village of Roslin, Midlothian.. an area rich in sites, heritage, history, nature and many things other than the chapel..! My god-like 3yr old son and my lazy dog love exploring the glen, hills and countryside with me. But our favourite place must be our huge, wild garden. Other fav places include East Neuk of Fife, Cranshaws, Dunsyre, Donegal Fav mythical/historical figure-Macha, basically a big strong feisty woman who didn`t take any nonsense..
