‘Viewfinder’ groove lines up with waymarker and dykes amongst landscape of cairns and stones in archeological rich area.
Maybe pointing to Redcar/Staithes which could have marked the high ground route via Dogger Ridge / Doggerland when the ice returned in winter to return back to warmer climes? Or could just be aesthetics/naturally occurring.
Fascinating part of the world with Star Carr and the Map Stone of nearby Ravenscar too.. evocative landscape.
