There is so much going on in the vicinity of Arthog – not least stonewise – that to label it all would result in a confused jumble... suffice to say the outstandingly located remnants of Pared-y-Cefn-Hir [centre far right] will do for starters. Looking towards Mawddach from the summit of Tyrrau Mawr, Cadair Idris. The exquisite lakes are the Llynnau Cregennan.

The road from Dolgellau was (relatively) recently repaired..... so drop in if you happen to find yourself in the area..... signposted 'Cadair Idris' from Love Lane.
