Didn't take you long to put this on and then tick it off the list, did it? Any thoughts on lack of monuments on the central peaks of the Cadair? Incidentally I confirmed a similar lack on Trum-y-Ddysgl, Nantlle Ridge last week with two massive monuments upon the outlying Y Garn.
Well, the decision to go to Cadair was made before I looked at the site, but your pics made it a must-visit. I wouldn't be surprised if there were monuments on the central peaks. The main summit has had buildings on it before the current shelter and built-up trig, who knows that might have been there once. The NE ridge is certainly crying out for cairns though.
