Taken Summer 1983: This is one of my early photos, taken on an old style Olympus Trip. Dad and Mum are on the left, with my brother Pete on the right looking a bit dandy (sorry to inflict this on you mate!).
I was 11 at the time this photo was taken, and Capel Garmon was the second prehistoric site that I’d visited. The significance was lost on me at the time.
