Taken Summer 1983: This is one of my Mum’s photos, taken on a childhood holiday where we stayed in a cottage near Harlech. I’m the boy on the right with the brown hair, my brother Pete is sat on the capstone, and Dad is on the left with his sexy walking socks on.
I reckon this was the second prehistoric site that I visited. I was 11 years old at the time, so a bit of a late starter.
