Taken 24th November 2002: I couldn’t resist trying to line up the top of the stone with Cadair Idris, and as you can see it’s a pretty poor match.

The mountain in the background is Craig Las, Cader Idris is being shielded from view by it. The stone is also better known locally as Maen Du.
