Hi DB, stone/monument hunting in the winter is a totally special experience. Snow gives these monuments and their surrounds a magical quality as well as making these trips more of a challange.
Just love it! Unfortunately (although I'm no really complaining) a promotion has put paid to my mid week winter forays into the wilds.
