The great Bronze Age burial cairn upon the summit of Mynydd Mawr is prominent in this view from Clogwyn y Cysgod, Nantlle Ridge, looking across Llynnau Cwm Silyn. Various summits of Nantlle Ridge are also graced with the remains of such monuments.
