Hi TE. The hillside rises very sharply behind the line of sight to the summit hillfort of Moel Goedog... so guess you could say mid-way (ish).

Your other photo sort of confirms that. In the other photo there is a stone mound in the background. Any significance?
I believe the cairn is clearance... more's the pity. Would love to be proved wrong.
