Probably not , most of the RSC 's have a possible lunar connection ,with a distinct spike around the declination for the major standstill there is a small group including Sunhoney just down the road that can't be aligned on that because the horizon is too high , the nearest spot where they could get the alignment in these cases is over a kilometre . So it's arguable the spot was possibly more important than the alignmnet . It may also have been a miscalculation ,it's not that far off . Would Orion be a likely "next best choice " when over the recumbent it is quite close to a cross quarter day declination ?

It has never cropped up in any other sugegstion relating to RSC 's that I've heard of .
