| From "Herefordshire Register of Countryside Treasures" (1981) H&W CC: "Occupies an area of about 28 acres, the enclosures being about 8.5 acres. Defences, which follow the natural contours consist of of 3 lines on W. + 4 lines on E, with possibly two main entrances. The interior of the fort has been planted with fruit trees."
