Directions are as have been previously reported except I pulled the car into gate entrance of the field.
A wonderful stone situated in a wonderful location, and if true an appropriate place for an ‘ancient grave’. The stone still stands at 3m in height. Nearby a the possible rtemnants of a cairn but more likely to be field clearance.
Time to leave the car and walk to the cairn in the nearby village.
