We are talking Scotland, though? Walk in the park before breakfast.... great site.
Reminds me of hearing tales of Glamaig on Skye... of Sherpas (I think helping the first Everest teams train on the Cuillin? Could be wrong since I climbed it some years back now and the memory of conversations fades) running up and down before everyone else got out of bed. Just to 'warm up'.
I did look for a way down, but it was way to windy. Maybe even before for the sherpas,
Harkabir Thapa, a Sherpa, is said to have made the first running ascent of Glamaig in the Red Cuillins in 1899. He ran from the Sligachan Hotel to the top of the mountain and then back to the hotel bar, completing the run in 75 minutes.
