Great photos, this is my favourite. It's a cracking site, we went past on the bus a few weeks ago, would have liked to stop off. The barrows up on Whipsiderry are also excellent.
Pretty sure - I think - I went to Newquay when we used to do an annual camp near Hewas Water... jeez, 45 plus years ago now. But not been back until now. Loads of barrows around as you say, but the site's so huge it took hours just to walk it all.
