Disappointed there are no close-ups, Mr D? Surely you've scuba gear?
The scuba gear was getting fixed after attempts to get onto Corr Eilean, an island with a bronze age cairn.
Recall having to wade to get to Tulloch of Assery up in Caithness, but this one is just ridiculous
I'll be back in Tayvallich next year so hopefully a mini drought might help :-)
Was watching Paul Murton yesterday focussing upon The Tay and he said - on average - it rains 250 days a year in Scotland! Surely not that much???
I think this year he may well be right.
