This would be the same UNESCO that told the people of Liverpool they can't develop their waterfront which should remain derelict to maintain its character? I wonder who's paid them off?
As far as the Liverpool waterfront goes, I would bet my house on the owners of Everton FC buying them out. Their new ground is well underway. Shame, as Goodison Park had real character. Now they will be playing in an identikit ground.
