Really like that... was looking the other way at The Tarrens and Cadair when upon Moelfre (opposite Foel Fadian) last week. I really don't believe many 'proper antiquarian people' realise the true extent of the Bronze Age Welsh uplands. Don't be surprised if I try to return to some of these...
Thank you. This proved to be a better viewpoint south than I was expecting, I don't know why but I was anticipating the views would be mostly northwards but clearly not. I particularly like the way Pumlumon is framed by the two Tarren summits from here. Yeah, it's quite amazing how much there is up on these uplands. I quite fancy a return to the Tarrenau myself, but there's a very long list of other stuff I haven't been to yet...
