Ben Newe, it's such a lovely top. I've always pronounced it Ben New-e but I got talking to a local last year and they said it very different. Sounded something like Ben Neow (rhyming with a cat's meow). I never say place names out loud, always getting them wrong. I'm good at pointing to places on maps though! :-)
Think I've heard several versions, the cat like one seems better to me :-)
