It's a great area, and pretty quiet. The light was lovely for an hour or so, after the horrendous soaking of the morning. Sadly the sun went in just before sunset, but nice to get it when you can.
It feels more normal, but I can't help but feel people are being too casual. Trains and buses feel a little scarier than earlier in the year. But it's good to be able to go places, even if we haven't been out of England and Wales!
Hope all is well with you both. Been enjoying all your recent posts.
I know what you mean, tricky isn't it. Nice to get out to sites again but more folk about still than usual. Train back from Inverness last Monday was busy.
We're doing OK here thanks. Apart from Orkney/Shetland trip we haven't been anywhere too far. Just hiding away on local Tumps that no one goes to. We both went back to work last week for the first time in 18 months. Very nervous but it was OK. Just good to be away from my house for a bit!
Hopefully everything will keep heading in the right direction and we can all plan for further away trips now without the question mark over if it will happen. I love planning. Keeps me going through the winter months.
I had a day in the office last week, first time after 18 months of working from home. It was nice to see my team, but I'm more productive at home (ironically I'm less often distracted at home than in the office).
Yes, planning is good. Hoping we can get further afield next year.
Really like the look of this area. Nice light.

It can mean more if you only get it for a while.
Hope everything's good down there with you. Things feeling more normal again, getting out and about?

Glad you are getting out and about.
Keep happy :-)
