Wedge Tomb

Fieldnotes

Not much to say about this small wedge tomb, placed about 100 metres west of the small road. Horseshoe-shaped remains rising to about a metre above ground level. The mouth of the remains faces west. There are 2 stones visible on the inner side of the northern arm and, supposedly, one on the southern side, but I didn't see that. Probably one you could miss if you're visiting the area for Knockmany or Sess Kilgreen. ryaner Posted by ryaner
