Speaking to the farmer it would appear the sheep enclosure has probably been here a couple of centuries or so. Incidentally, he and the lads gathering in the sheep thought I was from the ministry.... a government archaeologist!

Can't be the mode of attire ... I have tripod selfies to prove it. Guess I must somehow present an aura of "I'm here to check up on the condition of these monuments. Please don't say/do anything that will cause me to return for further investigation"
