It was one of the most memorable trips I've had to Avebury, the snow in places was knee deep and quite hard going, particularly on the path between Waden and the Kennet.
tjj, I came on the usual 49 (I think it didn't run Friday but was back on yesterday). I was a bit surprised to get off the train at Swindon to find the platform still covered in snow!
