Text from information board:
Formerly a 60m long and about 7m wide mound without a stone chamber. At the southeastern end, it was determined by soil discoloration that a wooden chamber of 3.2 x 2m was previously available. In the mound west of this chamber a small round hill was discovered (diameter 4m). Below the mound, to the northwest, lies a deep pit filled with field stones, which was covered by a pavement of flat granite stones. On the pavement rested an arrowhead and a flint axe. The mound, which was surrounded by boulders, covered all these burial sites.
