Detectorists get a bad name from some moaners. But if they were turning up stuff like this all the time then maybe the moaners would chew on a scone instead. Beeping for this stuff is much better than say a 1983 Lilt ring pull.
I would like to find a pit full of these. I would get my wee family to wear them when we go to the shops.
That would bring wearing bling up to a new level HD :-)
Some people believe that over 90% of recordable finds are not being reported. They must have spies out observing every single detectorists find to conjure up a figure like that. LOL
