An article with fine photographs of and information about Greadal Fhinn which also contains a link within it to more of both..as well as a photographic description of what you will see if you visit this site and then keep walking and climbing westward in this most majestical and starkly beautiful hidden corner of Scotland.
Wow. A very good little web-site indeed... links to all sorts of stuff.
In retrospect the comparison of Greadal Fhinn to Achnacreebeag is pretty obvious now... but it is the exquisite coastal landscape which, as usual, is the real star here.
Ar..my everyday read. If it becomes one of yours too, great. The place transfixes me. There should be a link on the website to the West Ardnamurchan Historical Assoc (or sim name) who're catalogueing, clearing and curating the areas sites...and finding new ones too. Entries for these sometimes appear on this blog, if you spend a bit of time scrolling back. I have thanked the blogger a few times for stuff..he deserves it. Btw, he uses a Panasonic Lumix. No further recommendation needed, imo..just look.
Yet more unknown archaeology in today's entry about Eiligadale on the north coast, a hut circle with a view. Anyway, now you and other folk know this resource exists...
An unrecorded site I've remembered on this blog from April kilchoan.blogspot.co.uk/2016/04/the-ardnamurchan-tortoise.html?m=1 ..quite a few more mentioned over the months
