If you can see sea bottom left then the cave is cut off.
I misread the tide timetable, I thought low tide was at 3pm. It wasnt. There really is no other way to the cave bar abseiling, I checked it out from all sides, well narked I can tell you, but a second prize is here for all, a nice cliff top promontory fort.
