Wow! Lovely stuff Mr T. I love the texture of the rock in these two photos today. I am astonished at how much this area around Urlar Burn and Black Burn has yielded up to the persistance of you and your boots. Bravo sir!
Texture was the reason for posting , it's an old pic, but I thought it might be a a good example of sedimentary structures in sandstone but apparently it's not .
There are over a hundred panels in this area ,which has the Urlar Burn as a boundary , the other side of which , despite being much the same geologically etc , has none .
