Great views again! I need to find a free day and make the effort to go up these hills not 10 miles from my house... Funnily enough I presumed there was a barrow here everytime I hurtled past on the way to the girlfriend's (now wife's) home near longnor.
You really should, ive kinda fallen for the place. 25 miles as the super hero flies.
It's a bit difficult to pick out from all the old mine workings, (of which there are plenty ) especially from afar. But now I know, I cant miss it.
I've been aching to walk the hills for about 8 years now, this year will be the one. I've already designated it year of the caves. ;)
BTW any neolithic barrows about that way? I know there are neolithic deposits in the caves...

I cant say with any degree of knowledge, but I don't think so, I'm guessing Stubob would be the man to ask.
